Introduction
I am a commissioned AZ notary experienced in the processing and closing of a wide variety of 1st, 2nd, and reverse marketing loan documents.
I was in the marketing industry for 15 years. I started out in set-up and ended up underwriting CONV loans. I was a closer for 7 years. As part of my job as a closer, I worked with 21 different investors closing/funding CONV, FHA, VA, and all the different ARM programs of the different investors.
