Kelly helped me get into shape right before I became pregnant. She helped me focus on a work-out plan that fit well with my goals and what I wanted to achieve. She also customized a monthly meal plan exclusively for me and my interests. I couldn't be more happy with her dedication to push me when I needed the drill sergeant trainer, but also balance it out and be supportive when I was not feeling well or sick and needed to take things slow. Another plus factor with Kelly is that she LOVES dogs. We incorporated workouts that helped me focus on myself, without feeling guilty or losing out on time I could spend with my dog outdoors. Kelly is super professional, educated and experienced in personal training. I would recommend her to any of my closest family and friends.

I worked with Kelly for over a year, starting right after I got pregnant, all through my pregnancy, and for a few months afterwards. I wanted someone who could help me stay strong and in shape while pregnant, and Kelly did a great job motivating me and tailoring our workouts to each stage of my pregnancy as it progressed. She was willing to meet wherever was most convenient for me, whether it was at my apartment or the local park. She was always flexible with scheduling, and always punctual. She even went above and beyond to research some yoga studios for me that had good prenatal classes, which I thoroughly appreciated!
After my son was born, Kelly had no problem with me bringing him to the workouts, and even helped to entertain him during the sessions if he got fussy. She helped me get my pre-pregnancy body back quickly. I have her to thank for a smooth labor and delivery as well, since I'm sure all the working out during the pregnancy played a role with that. I always enjoyed my workouts with Kelly, and I would definitely recommend hiring her - she helped me become strong and confident in that strength!

Kelly customizes the training to suit her client's goals and situation in life and even the client's experience of the day. She does what is best to produce the best workout for the time and place of the session. She is at home in a home and makes good use of whatever is there to assist in the workout. She is knowledgeable, friendly, capable and supportive, without being militaristic. I am very satisfied with her services.

I have been working with Kelly a couple of months for posture & flexibility. I am in my late 40s & am quite inexperienced when it comes to yoga. Kelly is an excellent instructor. She has helped me so much in a short amount of time. She always has a great routine thought out with a lot of variety each week. I would highly recommend her.
