  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Not complicated at all! We simply work on commission only. We are paid from the proceeds of the sale. Typically our commission rate is 20%-30% depending on the size of the sale. We determine the rate during our walk through assessment with you. Included in that rate are the following: Setup/Staging of all items that are for sale Tagging/Research/Pricing Advertising Conducting the sale Cleanup (we have different cleanup pkgs that we discuss during the assessment) Basic cleanup includes removal of all leftover items and hauling those items to charity. Sweep the floors and dump the garbages
