What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
every roof is different and pricing is not only based on size but material type and also the difficulty as well as technical difficulty the installation
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first i try to gather as much information off the phone from the homeowner(if you don't know anything thats perfectly fine)...then i go to the homeowners house to do a hands on estimate to see what work will be needed for the job...after looking over the area i give you an estimate for the job...if we both agree on the price...we will need to order the material and i ask for half the labor cost at the start of the construction and the other half will be due on completion

i have over 16 years of hands on roofing experience also have taken tile roofing seminar at the annual roofing association conference
