- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our lowest price for pool service is $120 a month. This includes chemicals, brushing, netting, emptying baskets and making sure all equiptment is up to date or needing replaced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try and schedule a time with the customer when they are home, insuring if they have any questions or concerns I can step back and look at their equiptment and diagnose the issue they have or answer any concerns. I have 10+ years of knowledge in the industry and plan to keep learning so I can guarantee customers are happy and satisfied with service even on the first visit!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for almost 10 years Total. My goal is to educate and provide the best and cheapest solutions for everyone.
