Steve was quick to come by to check out our pool and was able to get a game plan to get it from green to crystal clean in 10 days. Very professional and priced competitively for the awesome work he did in such a short amount of time. Definitely will be keeping him to do the weekly maintenance as well.

I have not used Steve with his new business but used him when he worked in Florida with his brother's business. We chose our present company because of Steve. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our weekly service price includes all basic chemicals for sanitizer and water balance, and ranges from $140 to $170 per month, depending on size of pool, condition of equipment, and debris load from foliage around the pool. We also offer discounts on other services and repairs to our Ohana members.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free consultation and service quote. If the customer agrees, we begin service as soon as they prefer. The service day of the week depends on the location and remains consistent every week. All we need is contact information to load their pool into our routing software and we're off. The first few service visits are always longer as we get familiar with the pool and its particular chemical needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification with Nation Swimming Pool Foundation. I also completed AST (Advanced Service Technician) certification with NSPF.
