Elite Pest & Termite were great! They responded very fast, and were able to come check out the issues and resolve them all within a couple days, and they were very flexible and able to work around my schedule. Tyler is super knowledgable and was great to work with. They also do regular pest control. I highly recommend!

Elite Pest & Termite have been incredible to work with! It is obvious that they care for their clients—I have never felt anything otherwise in each of our interactions in person, or over the phone. We haven’t had any big pest issues since we became their customers, and any smaller issues that have come up have been taken care of quickly and effectively! They are very communicative, and always check back to make sure any specific issues have been resolved (which they always have, like the ants that showed up in our backyard a couple weeks ago! Dealt with smoothly and quickly!) I will recommend them over and over again!!

We offer free inspections to provide the best offer for our customers. We are very competitive in our pricing. We aren't the cheapest but don't cut corners on the product or service to make up for lower prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to the know the customer and find out what their situation is. Find out if they have worked with other companies in the past and why they weren't satisfied with them. We love to win them over with the work that we perform. Over delivering on what we do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been in the pest/termite industry for the past 21 years. Have our licensing in pest, termite and weeds. Traveled back east for nations best bed bug training. Constantly learning what methods are best to take to our customers and offer them the best.
