Excellent experience! Home remodeling stresses me out, so I had been putting off replacing our very old, disgusting shower. I'm terrible about making decisions and figuring out what design to go with and which professional to use. And the cost can be scary! No fewer than seven bathroom remodel pros took a look at the job and gave different quotes. Jonny at Serenity was the friendliest and most helpful of the bunch. His quote was simple, straightforward, and budget-friendly. I liked that he took care of buying and picking up all of the materials for me. Other guys were saying we had to do that ourselves and they just installed. Jonny and Serenity1 was super-chill and gave advice about material choices but was never pushy. It was a great experience! Now we have a shower that looks and works great! I enjoy taking a shower again. Thanks, Jonny, Whitney, and team. You have given me back bathroom serenity!

Terrible communication. I don't care how small or big the job is. He left me hanging after initial contact at 5pm asking if next day was good for an estimate. When I replied 15 mins later that I couldn't do the next day for an estimate, but could do Monday or Wed afternoon, there was no response the rest of the night. They had time for an estimate next day but not to respond???? Later next day (3pm) after still not hearing from them, I contacted them to ask if they were interested or not to let me know so I could move on. When a company tells me they are busy as an excuse for not responding I will never use them nor recommend them. We are busy too! And we are paying them to be dependable. Even if he did offer to have someone contact me to set up estimate. It's a clear sign they will pull this later. Don't contact people and waste their time if you are to busy to communicate with them.
