We were in need of some relaxation after a couple days out for my sisters bachelorette party, and this was the perfect experience!! Right from my first inquiry about their services, Nicole was quick to respond to my questions and discuss about the services they offer. We worked with Crystal during our session and she was a pleasure to work with! They have their own set up they do and even are able to bring mats for us to use! The sound experience we added at the end of our session was something that all of us have never done before. Trust me you don't want to miss out on that part!

I loved Bekahs class in Sedona today. It was a wonderful all-levels Yin practice that felt accessible without ever feeling overly basic. Her instruction was clear and easy to follow, and I felt completely safe and supported in her presence, which made it so easy to soften, let go, and really sink into the practice. By the time we reached Savasana, I was completely transported. I left feeling deeply relaxed, open, and restored. I would absolutely take another class with her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices range from $55-$285 - depending on the session booked. Package options available. Customizable combinations / retreat experiences also available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start the first appointment, doing an intake of the client so we can analyze how to best serve them. Typical first sessions take more than an hour. The treatment time will always be an hour plus the time it takes to do an intake so that the client is getting the most out of their first experience!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our 90 instructors & practitioners have degrees and certifications that match their job titles. The majority of our yoga instructors are advanced yoga instructors, having 500 hour certifications.
