FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our customers will never worry about hidden costs or fees after hiring us, we have a flat rate of $300 and only need $150 down to start on your paperwork. Our rate is not including the filing fee with the courthouse. However, we are one of the lowest rates in town compared to our competitors!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to develop long term relationships with my clients. We normally start with a 15 minute consultation. We discuss the legal issues and how we handle it best for your case.Next we send you our service agreement and payment link and after signature and payment we then send our clients a intake form to fill out. If you have a payment plan with us we will process our initial down payment of $150.00 and then we draft your paperwork and email it to you and make revisions as needed and then once our clients approve it we request the remaining balance and we then register you online to electronically file or prepare your documents for in person filing at the courthouse. The filing fee is excluded in our fees, once your documents are filed we will send you a receipt for your records. We can apply you for a filing fee deferral. Once it’s filed, depending on the document we file,we send a defendant/respondent an acceptance of service form already prepared for them to sign off on and then get that filed for you at the courthouse and then we send you a email of all your upcoming deadlines for your case and set you up with a ECR account to access your case whenever online.
