- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When beginning with me as a new client we’ll start with a free consultation, either in person, over Zoom, or via a regular phone call—whichever works best for you. During this session, we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and specific needs. From there, I’ll create a customized plan designed to help you reach your ideal results. Depending on what you’re looking for, your personalized blueprint may include: Nutrition coaching In-person fitness training Online personal training through my private training app Mindset and life coaching Whatever support you need to look and feel your best, I’m here to provide it. My ultimate goal is to help you become the healthiest, strongest, and most confident version of yourself—and I’ve had great success doing just that with both current and past clients.
