- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. For a one time complete problem solving session by phone = $75. 2. For a face to face problem solving meeting, the cost is $150 minimum. This meeting can include 1 or more people and usually lasts at 90 minutes. 3. These prices may differ if multiple sessions are requested by the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact them immediately. We set a time for a phone call in order to start solving [or actual solve] their issues or we set a personal meeting to begin our work together. I get positive results fast and I establish my worth in my first phone call with the client. Customarily my personal meetings with the clients occur in a public space, or at their business or home, if appropriate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. I went to the University of California at Berkeley -- as both my undergraduate and to attend law school. I am a licensed attorney since 1973 -- both in Hawaii [active] and California inactive. 2. I was a Hawaii State District Court Judge for 4 years. 3. I have been specially trained by various programs in mediation, facilitation, negotiation, communication, relationships, self-improvement and all aspects of starting and running a business. 3. Among other special programs, I have attended several times a high level, intensive, well recommended, 6 day business education and development program called CEO Space. [I attended initially as a student and then several times as a Mentor.] On request, I will provide the recommendation of the Owner and founder of CEO Space, Berny Dorhmann, as well as many others.
