Trevor is an amazing person and trainer! The equipment is nice and theres a lot of variety. Hes so knowledgeable and makes the workout fun, you forget youre working out. He brings the people together and when you come back you see the same friendly faces! The workouts leave me feeling rejuvenated and sore the next day.

I cant believe how lucky I am to have found Trevor as my personal trainer!!!! I am a 73 yo lady who thought that I was on my last leg!!!! He has helped me build up my stamina and strength in a relatively short period of time which has helped me with my depression as well!!!!Not only is he a great trainer, hes a great person with a stellar attitude. Ive been doing Trevors workouts with BSC and they are so great and so much fun. Who knew working out (total body I might add) could be fun. Trevor is so knowledgeable and passionate about training. He has years of experience so you know you are doing it the correct way. I love the energy he puts into his clients.
