What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the size of the type and quantity of documents, although I legally follow the Arizona state requirement of charging $10 per signature and for travel/mileage charging 70 cents per mile of travel. Depending on the scope of work, additional fees may include printing, witnesses, courier service, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an initial conversation to discuss your notary needs and then we will go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am commissioned by the state of Arizona as a Notary Public, and have extensive certificate training from the NNA and LSS.
