I had a great experience with Scottsdale Refrigeration, especially with Dylan. My refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling, so I posted on Nextdoor looking for recommendations. Dylan reached out to me and was able to come out the very same day to diagnose the problem.He ordered a replacement part and returned as soon as it arrived the next day. Unfortunately, even after installing the new part, the refrigerator still wasnt working. What really impressed me was Dylans honesty and integrity. Instead of charging me for additional labor or trying to sell me unnecessary repairs, he removed the new part, only charged me the original diagnostic/service fee, and did not charge me anything extra.Throughout the entire process, Dylan was incredibly patient, professional, and kind. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the issue, explained everything clearly, and gave me several different options without ever making me feel pressured. It was obvious that he genuinely wanted to help and went above and beyond to find the best solution for me.Its hard to find someone this honest and trustworthy these days. I truly appreciate Dylans excellent customer service, knowledge, and integrity. I highly recommend Scottsdale Refrigeration, and if you have the chance to work with Dylan, youll be in great hands.
