- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the current state of the surface we are painting plus surface area we need to cover. We offer discounts including: cash back on referrals, booking on less-popular dates, use of our overstock paint colors, participation in marketing initiatives, and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free on-site design consultation, and continued contact with us to make sure you have everything you need to make the best decision for your home. Our on-site team lead checks in with you before, during, and at completion of the project to ensure we are providing five-star service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, bonded, and insured. Our team is educated in surface preparation and application of surface-specific coatings, and our lead painter has more than 20 years of experience.
