We came home from a vacation to find our home flooded from a leak under the kitchen sink. We called service master and they were there within 45 minutes. Andrew and his assistant worked until after midnight to extract the water. After that work began removing drywall flooring all of our possessions and furniture. It took 5 months together our house put back together. They did a fantastic job! I especially want to recognize Misti Straight and her crew , they worked for a week packing all of our possessions and taking them to be stored and repaired. When the reconstruction was completed everything was brought back and unpacked. The items that were not destroyed by water were returned with out anything being damaged. I would highly recommend them.

Working with service master during the time of our repairs to our home was a great experience. Working with their team they were always very supportive answered promptly.
When working with JP he ensured that the job would get done within a timely manner and I have to give it to him the job was completed. We are satisfied with the results of how our home looks and put back together. If you are ever in need of assistance I would recommend Service Master to get your services completed. I cannot recommend ServiceMaster by ASG enough! Lynn was great at working woth my schedule and keeping me up to date on the progress of our flooding restoration we had. Victor was respectful and explained where the leaks were and was effective in addressing the moisture problem quickly!

We were part of the flood in the Milwaukee area a few weeks ago. We were told by our insurance company that Service Master from Arizona would be in contact with us, we thought oh boy, here we go, it will take forever. After a few conversations with the office we had our first appointment, a inspection, then two days later, they were out to finish, what we couldn't.
The team of guys , came exactly when they said they would, were great, polite, hardworking, and left no mess in the rest of the house.
They then returned 4 days later to pick up all the fans and dehumidifier, and once again very cautious how they took them out of the house. Checked everything to make sure it was all dry and explained what we can do going forward.
The ladies in the office were very helpful and understanding also.
Thank you for making our horrible flood experience a little better.
