Varies depending on project - but it is fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers are so different today - some want to communicate over the phone and others through texting or email. Having a dialogue - preferably on the phone helps me get a better understanding for the clients project and lets the client get a feel for the level of customer service I will deliver along with great images.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18+ years of hands on experience. Various workshops and classes, mentoring, and formal education.
