Connie & Steve were amazing! I don't love taking photos, so I wasn't excited about doing this shoot. It's so funny - I can clearly see by the photos that I started off awkwardly & then as the shoot progressed I was much more comfortable. Connie & Steve are so nice and so much fun! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Customers are so different today - some want to communicate over the phone and others through texting or email. Having a dialogue - preferably on the phone helps me get a better understanding for the clients project and lets the client get a feel for the level of customer service I will deliver along with great images.
