If I could give Cassidy 10 out of 5 stars I would!! We contracted with Cassidy for a Pilates session during our bachelorette weekend. She was very professional, engaging, responsive, friendly and accommodating. Especially with a group as vivacious as ours. At the end of the session, you would have honestly thought she was part of our girl group. I was thoroughly impressed and enjoyed the Pilates session a ton!

Incredible classes, been to many different Yoga classes before but never had a Yogi/instructor that is so passionately focused on supporting not just me, but everyone in their class. Cassidy is very kind, supporting and a refreshing burst of energy needed to help brighten anyones week. Always looking forward to a Yoga class with a professional such as Cassidy!! If you're hesitant about going, don't be afraid you will be welcomed with open arms and wanting more poses to master by the end of your first session. Ill be back!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are listed for 1 time sessions, per the number of people participating. Feel free to message me for rates on package pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first 5-15 minutes are spent getting to know one another. Reasons for wanting a private practice, goals, limitations that might interfere (injuries/ mobility limitations), etc. From there, we'll do a 45-min introductory session. This allows me to understand how your body moves, what modifications you might need, or what we might need to focus on in the future. Some hands-on adjustments can be made with permission. We'll end the session with how you're feeling, what worked/ didn't work, what you would like more/less of, and what you noticed about yourself through the practice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my in-person 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification as well as an online Mat Pilates Certification. I have also done mini training with companies that I work for to further my education each year.
