  We provide clear, upfront pricing with no contracts or hidden fees. One-time pest control services typically start around $125 and include a full interior and exterior treatment, plus web removal so you see an immediate difference. For ongoing protection, most clients choose one of our maintenance plans (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly), especially for second homes and vacation properties, so everything stays consistently handled without having to think about it. Discounts are available for new clients, military, veterans, first responders, and bundled services. Every service includes a 30-day guarantee with callback service if needed. Final pricing depends on the type of pest, level of activity, and property layout, but we always provide a clear estimate before starting any work.

  We keep the process simple and stress-free from start to finish. Initial Contact – We start with a quick call or text to understand what’s going on and how urgent it is. Inspection & Assessment – We schedule a visit to evaluate the issue, identify where it’s coming from, and walk you through the best solution. Customized Treatment Plan – Every home is different, so we tailor the service to your specific needs and property. Service – We complete a thorough treatment (interior, exterior, and full web removal) so you see an immediate difference. Ongoing Protection – If needed, we can set up a maintenance plan so everything stays handled without you having to think about it. We communicate clearly throughout the entire process, show up when we say we will, and make sure you feel taken care of every step of the way.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  We bring over 36+ years of combined hands-on experience in pest control, along with ongoing training to stay up to date with the latest methods, products, and safety standards. Our team is fully licensed, insured, and trained in the proper handling of general pests, rodents, wildlife, and stinging insects, including live bee removal and relocation. We also follow EPA guidelines and use approved products and practices, with a focus on safe, effective, and environmentally responsible treatments whenever possible. In addition to technical training, a big part of what we do is understanding how pests behave in different environments—especially here in Northern Arizona—so we can identify the source of the issue and stop it at its origin.
