If I could give him a zero I would. I’ve never used this service before . I was inquiring about having some ikea furniture put together for special needs adults. I asked if he could lower his price to accommodate their budget and he very rudely informed me that it cost him $15 dollars just to use this service. A service his company signed up for and as the customer I would have NO idea it cost him just to respond to my Inquiry. He was incredibly rude wanted to argue with me like we were in Facebook. I just wanted to find a handy man didn’t want to start my day in an email argument.
