Overall, my experience with this particular locksmith was terrible! First off, I was extremely upset at the time because of the whole fact that me, my boyfriend, and our new 3 month old puppy where locked outside my boyfriend's mom's sedona house in 50 degree weather at 10 o'clock at night. We took our dog to go to the bathroom outside and the door locked behind us. We had to knock on all the neighbors doors to use a phone and finally after the third house found one! I've never had to call a locksmith before so I didn't understand how it all worked. All this guy had to say was, "in order for me to get you back inside the house I need you to get all the information of the house's owner and have them call me to confirm to let you back in"...instead he was a total jerk and accused me for being some idiot trying to break into a house. Since we left everything in the house neither on of us knew his mom's number or current home address to her house in phx off the top of our heads. What he said to that was, "HA, how does he not know his own mom's number and address" and I tried to explain to him how that kind of thing is easy to do when people nowadays rely so much on their phones to hold information but he just came back at me with a terrible attitude. Finally I thought to call my mom and have her search for his mom's number on Facebook and she found it. But even then when we got everything the man wanted he was still rude! Instead of dealing with us and talking through everything nicely he hung up on my boyfriend, told me to give him my boyfriend's mom's number to call her THEN when I got it he rudely told me to have her call him, said he would send someone right over but took an 1 hour and a half, and then charged us $130 just to slip a card through the door to unlock it!! We waited the whole time outside while it rained thinking he'd come as soon as he said he would but NO! The only reason this locksmith deserves 1 star is because the man who was sent to do the job was super nice and patient. ***IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOURSELF $130 ON A SATURDAY NIGHT WHEN YOU'RE LOCKED OUTSIDE THE HOUSE....FIND A CREDIT CARD/GIFT CARD AND SLIDE IT THROUGH THE BOTTOM LOCK TO UNLOCK IT. Don't waste your money on this prick who doesn't deserve a thing! I seriously cannot get over how rude and inpatient this man was! Even my boyfriend's mom commented on how dreadful it was to deal with him.
