My management fees range from 20-30% if your nightly rate depending on the amount of services you would like and the earning potential of the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all potential customers, I start with a free consultation call to learn about your property and your needs for property management. From there, I propose next steps for getting your property ready to rent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in engineering and worked professionally as a software engineer. I use this skillset to optimize your listing on booking platforms to obtain the highest return on your investment. I have also bought and fully renovated two of my own investment properties. I have experience doing home improvement work myself as well as managing contractors. I also have experience doing interior design and furnishings for my own rental properties.
