Ekantik Life

I am NYC-NJ based and can travel outside of this region. Whether it be a homeless person on the street or a high-level executive, my intention is always the same -- to help create a greater sense of clarity and fulfillment. Over the past decade, I have coached and guided hundreds of people in groups and individually to build a stronger relationship with themselves through meditation, career/life coaching, personal development, yoga, Reiki, professional seminars and presentations. I have taught meditation, practiced Reiki, spread the fundamentals of yoga and spoken on a vast array of topics for over 10 years privately, publicly in groups, and remotely (very experienced in distance Reiki - definitely does NOT require any traveling). My principle belief is that to have a fulfilling life, one must learn to think of others more than oneself; the joy and the progress of others is the key to my happiness. With this principle focus, I provide all of my services. I really hope that anyone looking for clarity in any area in his or her life can find value in what I can provide. If there is anything I can do to help, I will, and if I cannot, I'll do my best to find you someone who can. (NOTE *FYI* few months ago, I actively removed myself from all social media and have even put my websiteS on hold - I am focus my energy currently in research, learning, and helping those I meet organically)
