August 2010-William helped me set up a wireless network. He also at another date helped me get my computer running again by fixing software issues and making sure I understood which variations and versions of software were compatible. July 2012- William helped me understand the inner workings of virtual private networks. After explaining the usefulness he helped me pick what I needed to fit my needs.
