Introduction: I tend to get very involved with caring about my work, whether it be doing a good job at cleaning or making sure everyone working for me is doing their best. I listen to tenants and their reasons for being late and have a sixth sense, so to speak, about when I'm getting a "load of bull". I'm very old school about my standards, and know how to accomplish that within budget restraints. I love showing properties for rent and matching them up to prospective renters. I speak clearly and make sure everyone knows what the rules are and payment schedules, etc. I am an out-going people person, so being involved with lots of different kinds of people makes me a happy camper.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took some online college courses in hotel management, until my neck required surgery.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Years of remodeling my own homes, helping my Dad do carpenter work, cleaning and running resorts in WI, working at a guest ranch, running a motel.....all of these things have taught me how to provide outstanding customer service. I've been trained by the US Air Force in maintenance scheduling, so I am pretty "anal" about paperwork, etc.
