What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer and walk through the property to evaluate the condition of the property, listen to the customers wants and needs and take pictures of the property. Write out a quote and deliver to the customer. Or if all the proper specs are sent to me with pictures we can write out a quote and email it.
