I've been a handyman for quite a few years. Starting out in Illinois several years ago working at a church and daycare. Since moving here in 2017, I've worked as maintenance tech, for property management companies, hotels etc. I like taking on jobs that I can complete within a day. I'm also more inclined to respond to those that reach out to me directly rather than a general request for any handyman.

Phillip is awesome. He did 8 jobs for us and I would not hesitate to have him back. He installed a ceiling fan that had a defective part and he came back the next day on his own to help put the new part in.

Did an awesome and quick job installing my ceiling fans. Phillip even took his shoes off when coming into my house and made sure everything was done properly. Was also great with my noisy dogs. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's very reasonable. Some prices are much less than other handymen. My hourly rate is 40, less than average and certain jobs, like fan installations and faucets are 75 flat rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know what they need done and planning to have it completed within an hour or so.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hvac certified. I service indoor and outdoor units.
