Heart Centered Reiki Healing

I have been practicing Reiki for approximately 15 years and have been a Reiki Master for 4 years. I enjoy providing a warm, welcoming space for my client's Reiki experience. I enjoy working with both Reiki clients and teaching Reiki students. I love watching the changes that take place in the students as they begin and then continue on their Reiki journey. Reiki healing sessions promote a deep sense of relaxation, creating a place from which healing begins. Reiki assists in relieving stress and anxiety, may improve quality of sleep and can assist in lowering blood pressure. With insights gained during the session, clients are empowered to maintain the balance that is achieved during the Reiki session. I am normally in the office 9:30 am to 3pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and will accept same day bookings when there is availability. Walk ins are also welcome. I really feel like Reiki is a huge part of me- something I was meant to do. To me, Reiki sessions hold a kind of beauty and grace. To see the difference in my clients once a session has ended never ceases to amaze and gratify me. Teaching is also a great pleasure- watching my students grow in their knowledge and confidence is an honor. I teach Reiki Class, all three levels and in addition I also teach a "Working with Crystals" class. This is a basic class that looks into many different types of crystals and their properties, different ways in which crystals have been used in the past, and ways they can be used now. How Crystals correspond with you chakra, healing with crystals- the list goes on. I also teach how to choose your crystals and how to care for your crystals. This is a fun class, usually runs around 2 hours.
