- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate. You will know what your investment will be before the job begins. The price we quote is the price you pay. We will not change our price at the end of service. We offer military, first responders and senior citizens a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a paperless company. We will gather your personal information, such as; First and last name, phone number, email address and home address. We will then schedule an appointment and add you into our system. Our dispatch system will alert you with the scheduled date and time and the technician that will be arriving. Our system will alert you when we are on the way and when the project has been completed. We will then email over a copy of the invoice along with all pictures of the project that were taken on site.

I have 10 years of plumbing experience here in the valley.
