- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the customers needs, size of openings and options they select. It is not a cookie cutter pricing system. Customers can select from various options such as double or triple pane and grids among others. We strive to make sure the customer vision is what we will provide at the lowest possible price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Green Star installers are trained and certified through Alside and continue to keep up with the training and certifications necessary to insure the limited lifetime warranty is intact. All Green Star employees keep up with the latest product updates so that we can do to best serve our customers. No matter what you buy in a window the installation is the final piece to the puzzle. We insure we offer quality products and customer service. Then finish with the best installers. No temps or day laborers on our install crew.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed helping people. Green Star Window Systems is a company that we can stand behind on all levels from start to finish and beyond. Being able to help customers create a more efficient home while also beautifying, adding value and functionality. It is very rewarding.
