Great visit by Jamie. He was quick, logical, polite, professional, walked me through the detection process with patience, and isolated the leak (my fountain). It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I wish all companies sent such competent and friendly techs!

I had never had to use this service before. It was impressive seeing all the equipment it takes to do a thorough inspection. Ryan was very articulate with every stage of the process and took the time to explain each tools specialty. He not only pinpointed the exact location he located every water line underground and what it was feeding. The importance of his information is that when a plumber comes and tells you what it’s going to take to repair you already know the general issue. I can’t say enough about the reliability and experience the technician showed in this experience.

I've never left for any company. I felt compelled to do so for this company. It is very stressful to have a water leak in your home. It's another world having under your slab.
Jamie came to my house. He went to work to determine where my leak was coming from. He went to work very thoroughly to find this leak. Sure enough he found it in my kitchen unfortunately under my slab.
I gave them the job to jack hammer my floor and repair it. Omg... Sure enough he was dead on it. He did it without tearing apart my kitchen. They covered the area the need to work in. They were extremely clean for that type of work. Found it. Fixed it. Cleaned up everything and I am good to go.
I can't express how profesional this company was. To the initial person I spoke on the phone and told them what was going on. To the tech that fixed this for me. Jamie is the best. What an honest guy he is.
