Vadim was highly responsive from the very beginning. He identified what the issue was with our refrigerator and was able to fix it within 24 hours which included needing to order the part that was needed. Quick response and was able to get appointment the next day. He arrived as expected, spent time on trying to determine the issue that was causing it to shut off. He did a great job on our LG dryer as it is currently working but did advise we may need to service our air ducts if problem continues. Highly recommended!
