Sam got back to me shortly after I submitted my service request, showed up just a little bit early, and diagnosed the problem right away. I needed a part, so the issue isn't completely resolved yet, but Sam gave me the information that I needed to order the part and provided a temporary solution that will get me by until the part comes in.
