Charlie helped us resolve a broken garage door on our new house in Sun City West while we were in Illinois. He presented several options ranging from repair to total replacement. Thoroughly explain each option so that we could make an educated decision. His honesty & professionalism was clearly evident. Charlie recommended a repair option that meant way less $$$. Dealing with OWGD was fine (new torsion springs), until I was told I needed new rollers ($30 at Home Depot). I contacted my boyfriend, who happened to be sick, said normally he'd do it, but he couldn't. Then OWGD told me it would be $229. I asked why so high, he said that's what everyone charges, and he kept saying he should do it because he's seen so many replaced incorrectly. So I said ok. In less than 3 minutes, he was done!!! I was shocked how fast he was done. I could not believe he charged so much for so little work.

Man, I know yall love a good cheesy review and I dont think I disappoint. So here goes, Charlie Charlie you delivered. We got a hold of him through the next-door app. He was highly recommended and had received a good amount of awards. We trust our neighbors, so we gave him a shot. Im not sure why they call it one way but Ill tell you that he did everything the right way, which is the only way. He was professional, accommodating, didnt try to upsell anything, gave us a lot of options and advice before we even talked about pricing.We received same-day service with a great deal and we now have an awesome restored garage system and a lot of peace of mind. Charlie went above and beyond for me. I found his number on the next-door app. My garage springs busted and I couldn't get the garage open. I needed service asap. He was willing to come out even at 7pm to replace the springs. He was informative and knowledgeable. Charlie also walked me through the ins and outs of the necessary repair/replacement.
