Charlie is a lifesaver. Im fairly new to Phoenix and owning a garage. I found One Way on Facebook and messaged Charlie to come out and look at the mess my family had made with trying to DIY. He followed up, set a time and called to let me know when he was on his way. With me afraid this was going to be an arm, leg and finger, he showed up and eased my worry. Although, the DIY was dangerously close to ruining the entire system Charlie was able to see a reasonable solution at a reasonable price & fixed the door in under 30 minutes. I cant imagine what I would have done to solve this if I didnt connect with One Way..if you call anyone else, youll be sorry.
