Charlie helped us resolve a broken garagedoor on our new house in Sun City West while we were in Illinois. He presented several options ranging from repair to total replacement. People who know me know that I dont impress easily but Charlie with One Way GarageDoors did just that. I had a spring break today at 3:30. I researched garage door repair and saw that One Way was a local, family owned, small business so I called for a quote. Charlie was quick to reply with an amount that was extremely fair. Charlie arrived in a well stocked and organized truck. He got right to work and had my new springs installed, rollers and springs lubed, and door balanced in a very short time. While here he also lubed and checked the balance of our other door at no cost. He was knowledgable, professional, and personable. Having a spring break at 3:30 and new springs installed with Charlie heading home at 7:30 is nothing short of amazing. If you ever need a garagedoor serviced, I highly recommend One Way GarageDoors. Charlie is a lifesaver. Im fairly new to Phoenix and owning a garage. I found One Way on Facebook and messaged Charlie to come out and look at the mess my family had made with trying to DIY. He followed up, set a time and called to let me know when he was on his way. With me afraid this was going to be an arm, leg and finger, he showed up and eased my worry. Although, the DIY was dangerously close to ruining the entire system Charlie was able to see a reasonable solution at a reasonable price & fixed the door in under 30 minutes. I cant imagine what I would have done to solve this if I didnt connect with One Way..if you call anyone else, youll be sorry.
