- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward. We have a $100 service call fee which includes travel and the first hour of troubleshooting and repair. After that, it’s $50 an hour. We work nights and weekends for the same price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical is our background. We have been working in the industry for 12 years. We have both college and on the job training.
