- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing Overview Labor‑Only: $80 for the first hour, $50 each additional hour (most jobs take 1–3 hours). Covers loading/unloading, packing/organizing, storage units, and small‑item transport if you provide the vehicle. Truck Service $250 flat rate for up to 2 hours, including a 10 ft truck, insurance, and a dolly. Add‑ons: +$50/hour after 2 hours, +$20–40 for extended distance, waiting time may apply. In‑home rearranging available. Payment Due immediately after the job. Accepted: Zelle (preferred), Cash, Cash App, Venmo. No Hidden Fees Clear pricing, clear scope. Jobs may be declined or repriced if they involve stairs, heavy furniture, or exceed service limits. In-home rearranging available
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep the process simple — customers text or call with their location, item list, and confirmation that the move is ground‑floor and within my small‑item limits. Once the details are confirmed, I schedule the job, show up on time, complete the work quickly, and payment is made right after the job is finished.
