What a pleasant surprise! From the first contact on through the final work today- this company is a class act. Rafael Alonso Gallego Andrade is the tech that came to do the actual work today. He was prompt, communicated before his arrival and spoke to me before he left. He showed me picture and video of the top of the areas he worked on. This was comforting because it lets me know that things were done that were agreed upon. He was professional and kind- as were Jake and his partner (didn’t get the name- sorry!) that initially came out on a Saturday to give me a free quote. They could have tried to scare me into an unneeded new roof- and they didn’t. I was nervous to sit down with them because the whole situation being an unknown topic to me gave car buying vibes and nervousness. But they put my feelings at ease and we enjoyed a nice visit while they were here. Prior to this- they stopped by the home and encountered my daughter and grandsons and they made a good impression at that time as well. Class act all the way around. I’ll be using them in the future!

My first contact was a call from them and they said my home was out of their service area. They kept asking for my address gave it to them twice. They called back and said my home is in their service area and scheduled me for Wednesday, July 1st 8am to 11am. They never showed up.
