- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we bid on a customers project that bid is for a diagnostic to find problem with their HVAC system. If the customer goes with the repair the diagnostic fee is waived. Usually the job is completed within 1hr , sometimes 2 hrs if certain repairs are necessary. If more labor is required because of multiple problems with HVAC system the customer will be notified prior to and kept up date with progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
26 years experience in the HVAC field. Graduated Refrigeration School (RSI) in Phoenix AZ back in 1990 with highest grades of certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to RSI Refrigeration School up in Phoenix in 1990 and in 1997 started my own business
