Christ knows more about computers than anyone that i have worked with . He built my computer 10 years ago and it still works like it is NEW.Nov 27, 2019C & S Computer Repair's reply
Thanks Don, I'm up and running now if you ever need help don't hesitate to get in touch!
Chris treats you like a friend not a customer. He listens to your needs and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with his services. He built a computer from the ground-up tailored for my college daughter who needed to stay in a budget. She needed a powerful computer that could handle the rigors of producing digital animation. Chris knocked it out of the ballpark with his build. He also follows up to make sure things are working fine afterwards! Very happy!Dec 3, 2019
Chris persists until a solution is found to the problem.Dec 3, 2019
Chris was right up front. There were no surprises about what was required to be done. And he completed work in the estimated time. If he were here we would continue to use his services.Dec 2, 2019C & S Computer Repair's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Remote repair is $65 minimum, gives up to 3 hrs. of on-line service. $20/hr. additional if needed. Initial charge includes all setup/processing fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? For online support it's all done over phone/internet connection. They sign a waiver first and then I get payment in advance for the repair charge. All documentation is supplied to customer over the internet/email. No personal interaction is needed. For onsite I have a check-in form that I fill out & customer signs. I get a minimum fee for diagnostics & to determine if repairs need to be done off-site or can be accomplished with the initial on-site service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Comp-Tia A+ Certification for computer repair. I have no other formal certifications. I have owned and been the tech for my business for the past 19 years. I use all available resources I have access to with technical assets/knowledge I have acquired. I have repaired hundreds of computers over the years. Currently specializing in Windows 10 & Windows 7 (should upgrade now to Windows 10).
