We custom fabricate any stone projects granite, quartz, quartzite, & marble countertops, as well as porcelain panels. We can complete any kitchen, bath, bbq, tables project. We can install pre-fabrication counter-tops as well. Call us to request an estimate, for most projects we can give estimates with measures from email or text. You can set an appointment for a free in home measurement as well. If you need ideas for remodeling, we have staff that can help give you options. We pride our work on focusing and making sure you as the customer will be completely satisfied in our job. Using the latest tools and procedures in the template to fabrication process, we strive to be the best value for your investment. We had a small job - just needed a hole drilled in our granite countertop in order to install a dish soap pump. Jimmy and Nellie came out to our home the very same day that we called! They were super-polite and efficient. Jimmy explained the process very clearly before starting. While drilling, he also taught me about my particular piece of granite, what it's called, what part of the world it likely came from, etc. (So, now I can impress my guests the next time I entertain.)Meanwhile, Nellie taught us how to care for our countertop to preserve its beauty.I enjoy learning about everything that touches my life - even granite. Knowing the history helps me appreciate it more. It's clear that Jimmy and Nellie love their work. They are true craftsmen, not mere laborers. When you hire them, you get people who care about their trade. I wouldn't want any other kind of person to work in my home.These guys are great!

Absolutely blown away by the exemplary customer service and design capability (Nellie and Stephanie) and professional expertise of the fabrication and installation crew at Granite Element. I have waited my entire life for the "kitchen of my dreams." Stephanie and Nellie were superb at helping me to pull the vision out of my mind and craft it into a template that would make the dream a reality. The slabs I chose were technically complex and it was challenging for the Granite Element team to find ways to utilize the specific portions of the slabs in the areas I wanted them placed. Nellie is a seam match/placement superwoman!! The whole team was patient, creative, and highly innovative to find a design solution - that I kid you not - gives me goosebumps every time I walk into my remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Andreyez ("Mojo") and the fabrication/installation crew were professional, respectful, and offered suggestions for how to tie in the new surfaces to my existing dcor (such as upgrading my ancient sink faucets and wall mirrors in the bathroom.) They had to overcome obstacles when my dated appliances and fixtures weren't exactly accommodating to new countertops, but they worked as a team to find solutions. With the extra material left over in the slabs I purchased, they fabricated a custom granite window ledge for mykitchen window, and created replacement countertops for two bathrooms. The entire staff is excellent at communicating with customers and they all clearly take pride and joy in their work each day. Granite Element has earned my trust, my business and my loyalty. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing like most construction is charged by square feet. I also use this as a basic idea. Quotes change depending on what obstacles are in the process to get the design, I.e. Move outlet, number of polished edges, type of edge, or grade of rock.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with the customer at the site of the remodel so we both can ask questions, and start the process of creating a rapport. We feel it is essential to be tedious in communicating to ensure the customer idea comes to fruition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate from the stone crafters training program in Virginia Beach, Virginia
