Martha. I am glad to hear from you. That means we're both alive. Lol. Thanks for the review.

We live in Oregon and own a place in Tucson. We have been working with Dennis & Company for several years now, and our experience has been outstanding. There are days where we forget entirely we own another home thanks to the to professional and competent services with Realty Executives. Highly recommended.Apr 20, 2018
Nothing to ever worry about with Dennis and the team as managers of our property. Expeditious response to issues and communication when necessary - exactly the transparency we hoped for in management professionals!Apr 20, 2018
License Type: Real Estate - Individual (AZ)
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Not the cheapest but great value. No hidden cost all disclosed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Let them tell me what they want, need and plan for the future with their asset
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? One of the first and growing CRPMs in AZ. Being a certified residential property manager is a tough designation. The accounting alone was enough. However I did all 3 Trust Accounting Courses. And continue to stay current. I’m on two committees with Tucson Association of Realtor. The Education Committee and the Property Management committee. This keeps me current and educated.
