- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically after initial contact, a free consultation is scheduled within 12-48 hours. During your free consultation, our expert will inspect site and assess areas needing work or repairs. You’ll be able to ask questions, point out focus areas, and discuss options. Next, a written estimate detailing project needs and scope of work, along with breakdown of materials and labor costs will be sent to your *****. Once you’ve had the chance to review and request changes or make upgrades, we’ll send your finalized written estimate and service agreement through Docusign for electronic signature. Once all applicable retainers and signed documents have been received, work is to begin promptly on agreed start date. Throughout the entire process you can expect thorough communication and full transparency. Our commitment includes a comprehensive two-year warranty covering all services rendered
