Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. If your looking for a professional carpet cleaning you should look at their track record. Get online and look for customer reviews or even ask for references. Most honest and trustworthy cleaners would be happy to supply you with references.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Some things to know about keeping your carpet clean and lasting the test of time would be vacuum as much as possible take your shoes off as you enter your home and clean up any spills asap with water and a mild soap than blot dry with a towel and get your carpets professionally cleaned yearly or more often if possible.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. I would ask about their process what type steam or dry.
Most carpet manufactures recommends hot water extraction process.

If they guarantee their services, and for how long.

Ask for license and insurance info. The last thing you want is somebody ruining your carpet or rugs that cant pay to replace them.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. I would have to say quality over quantity. I'm a firm believer in you "get what you pay for." I'm not the cheapest cleaner in town but I take extra time to make sure the job is done to your satisfaction. I refuse to "blow and go" and leave your carpets wet for days. Its just not healthy for you or your family. So call a quality cleaner and pay an extra couple bucks per room you wont be dissatisfied.
