- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is inclusive and is dependent on the amount of hours contracted and if the job will require answering phone lines.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go over the clients business needs and what goals they would like to achieve, typically I send over a proposal packet with the information provided to me. Once that is in place and we customized the needs and services, I go over terms and billing. Services will not commence until after the first deposit is cleared.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 17 years of Executive Assistant, Management and sales experience within the luxury hotel industry where quality and efficiency is detrimental to a organizations success.
