We had a plumbing issue and he came out onetime. That was the only thing that went well. HIs original bid for the job was $75 and when he showed up it turned into $200.00 All we needed was to clear out a drain. He snaked it out and it worked great. We were upset about the price change but were stuck and we were glad it was cleared out. It worked fine that night and the next day until they returned and sent a camera down the drain and all of a sudden the drain is plugged again. They then told us the drain was collapsed, broken and it needs replacing. Our pipes are old and we didn't know what to think. They then gave us an estimate for $3500.00. We turned them down and our drain was once agin not working. I ended up calling another company who came out and fixed it but sending the power spray down the drain and it cleared it right out. The sad part was that we lost $200 and felt very taken. Do not ever have them come out as they seemed very shady.
