FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack isnt allowed to show my entie address so I am putting it here, it is 6242 N Citrus Rd, Waddle Az. I do my training in my home,so I don't have to charge a lot per session like big gyms which have big overheads. My rate is $20 per session for a half hour, some clients prefer to go for a hour which is two 2 sessions so it is $40. But most clients lol, have had enough after 30 minutes cause I always try to get 8 exercises in and to be honest a usually go over 10 minutes or more with answering questions and stretching. I don't do contracts and just go month to month. So there are no extra charges for counseling for nutrition or anything else, just the session fee and you can call me anytime you have guesting or concerns about anything. I do try and make up small groups of 2 to 3 people which helps people stay motivated and keep going.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do a free assessment with all my clients so we can make sure we are a good fit and my clients can get all their questions answered before they pay anything and get started. Depending on their fitness level I will do a fitness test in five areas, so they will know what areas we need to focus on most. I don't believe in trying to talk anyone into training with me, so there is no pressure at all. I want everyone to feel comfortable and happy with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
