- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always price things at a fair price! Even if the industry standard is less or more! I know what it takes to do things correctly and I know what it costs for me to have a successful business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I need to spend some talking with the customer to better understand their wants and needs before I can lead them in the right direction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years in the union apprenticeship and many many other certifications along the way.
