I have looked for years for a General Contractor who could turn my indoor pool into living space and finally I found Wyman Development. This remodel is not for the light hearted remodeler. They have done such a professional and thorough job as the pool itself was very deep and had to be filled and processed to allow for a cement foundation to be poured for flooring. This job has been completed and now they are going to be building a living room, large bedroom and a new bathroom. I will upload photos when completed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive with our pricing and do our best to keep all project cost to the minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to have a phone conversation after the first initial interest and then set an appointment to look at the project location. After spending time with the customer we then provide an estimate. If the estimate is accepted by the client we then draw up a contract and then get to work right away unless the client wants to pick a later date to start the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 23 years in experience and highly qualified personnel. We have General Contractor licenses in four western states.
